Knowledge management
Our skills and know-how are based on a knowledge base shared by all our engineers. This basis is embodied in various methods, business rules, tools, document templates and examples.
To promote their dissemination, we have set up a knowledge management system. The system is based on the following principles:
- The provision of a reference knowledge base, accessible to all.
- Comprehensive documentation.
- The transmission of feedback at the end of each mission, with the aim of sharing the knowledge acquired and making it available to the whole company.
This unique intellectual capital, which guarantees the pooling of our expertise, is centralized in a database accessible to all employees. In addition to pair learning, this tool contributes to the ongoing training of our engineers.
